The Title Insurance Advisory Council was established in 2004. The council is made up of twelve representatives from the title insurance industry and representatives from the Division of Insurance. The council meets to discuss title insurance issues, share information with the Division of Insurance and discuss Colorado insurance laws and federal RESPA rules, as they may be applicable to a given issue.
