Enforcement Actions
An enforcement action, generally, is the result of an investigation or examination.
Actions can result in fines, restitution , cease and desist orders, license supervision or a revocation, suspension or surrender of a license.
The Colorado Division of Insurance posts the results of enforcement actions on the web. These actions can be sorted by company name, name of individual licensed producer, by date, by line of business, or by the date of the action.
