House Bill 05-1312 was signed by the Governor and required the Division of Insurance to develop a uniform employee application for health coverage. In an effort to ensure that the interests of Colorado consumers, producers and insurers were heard and considered the Colorado Division of Insurance formed a Small Group Uniform Application Development Committee. The Committee met several times over the past few months and developed a draft version of the application.
