In
part, §11-30-106 Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) (1) (a): Credit Unions shall be under the supervision
of the Commissioner. Every credit union
shall be examined by the Commissioner at least once during any eighteen-month
period. Division of Financial Services Rule 17.5: The Commissioner’s report of examination and
report of supervision contact are the property of the Division of Financial Services
and are furnished to the credit union for its confidential use. Under no circumstances shall any of a credit
union’s directors, officers or employees disclose or make public in any manner
such a report or any portion thereof.
