How do I check on Limousine, Charter Bus, or Children's Activity Bus licenses?
The Colorado Public Utilities Commission regulates these carriers.

The Colorado Public Utilities Commission regulates motor carriers.

·         A complaint must be filed within 60 days of what you are saying is the discriminatory act.

What is a credit report?
A report issued by a credit bureau or credit-reporting agency on the credit history and payment history of borrowers.

How often can the bank change the rate on my credit card account?
Typically, a national bank has the ability to alter the rate of your credit card as they see fit.  They do have to disclose to you the rate change 15 days prior.

Can a bank raise my interest rate on my credit card for going over my available credit?
Typically, a national bank has the ability to change the terms on your credit card.  They do have to disclose to you the rate change 15 days prior.

Can I ask my bank to lower my interest rate on my credit card after I’ve been on time with my payments consecutively?
Typically, a national bank does not have to lower your interest rate on your credit card.  You may speak with an account specialist and ask to have your rates lowered.  Some institutions will agree to a lower amount if you are in good standing and they would like to keep your business.
