
Student Application and Student Exam Information Notice
for the April 14, 2012, FS Exam

/ Applicant Services section of this website.
Eligible
Students: Students
planning to take the FS exam, through their school, must comply
with new Land Surveying legislation effective July 1, 2007. Please refer to this version of House Bill 07-1225, Concerning Land Surveyors, specifically section 12-25-212, for more information.
Graduate Students: If you are in a graduate engineering program and wish to apply for the FS exam, please obtain your license application forms from the Licensee / Applicant Services section of this website. It is necessary that you apply through the Colorado Board office and receive written approval from the Board to take the FS exam. Do not complete this student application - you are not eligible to take this exam with the eligible students as outlined above. If you take the exam without prior Board approval, your examination will be voided.
Application and Instructions
The following are the Student FS Exam Instructions and application form.
The Student FS Exam application must be typed. Handwritten applications will be rejected. To help you accomplish this, we have developed a Microsoft Word fill-in form (you must have Word on your computer in order to use this form).
After you locate the document you need, follow these steps:
You may also print a blank form for completion by typewriter.
Turn the completed application form in to your school's engineering department by its deadline date.
Print your Student Application in BLACK ink on WHITE paper.
