Sunset Review
On March 13, 2002, Governor Bill Owens signed into law the Acupuncturists Sunset Review, House Bill 02-1117. The Sunset Law continued the regulation of acupuncturists in Colorado and changed the designation "registered acupuncturist" to "licensed acupuncturist." The law now also provides for licensure by endorsement for applicants who are already licensed in other states.
