The Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act of 2010.

Senate Bill 10-124 enacts the "Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act of 2010" to extend reporting requirements to many health care professionals who apply for or renew a license, certification, or registration, on or after July 1, 2011.  Currently licensed Acupuncturists will be required to complete online profiles at their next renewal in 2011.  All Acupuncturists newly licensed after July 1, 2011 will be required to complete online profiles before their applications will be approved.
