License Renewal Information. All Public Accounting Firm registrations expire on August 31 every three years (the next expiration date is August 31, 2014). Renewal forms are mailed to the last known address on file approximately six (6) weeks prior to the expiration date.


Definitions:
  • Original Registration. You are applying for an original Colorado Public Accounting Firm registration. Applicants must apply through the NASBA website.
  • Renew. You currently hold a Colorado registration and are in a renewal period.
  • Reinstate. Your Colorado registration has lapsed or expired and you wish to reinstate the registration.
    (For purposes of licensure status, the terms "lapsed" and "expired" have the same meaning.)
