2011/2012 Real Estate Manual

The Division of Real Estate has modified the delivery method of the Colorado Real Estate Manual. The new format has an extensive search feature and easily accessible table of contents. This version of the real estate manual requires Adobe Shockwave to view. The following chapters are available in this new format:

• Chapter 1: Real Estate Broker License Law
• Chapter 2: Commission Rules & Regulations
• Chapter 3: Commission Position Statements
• Chapter 4: Subdivision Laws/HOA Information Office
• Chapter 10: Appraiser Regulation
• Chapter 11: Conservation Easements
• Chapter 12: Mortgage Loan Originators

Please make note of these instructions to access the content in our new format. Below are some simple controls to improve the viewing of this content:

• Click on the page to zoom in on page content. Clicking on the page a second time will zoom out.
• Once you've zoomed in to the page view, you may use your mouse direction to move the page up or down. Your mouse scroll wheel will flip the page forwards and backwards. You may also use the page controls in the lower right hand corner of the user interface, or the arrow buttons to the right and left of each page.
