Real Estate Broker Renewal Information
Online renewal is available 45 days prior to the first day of expiration. Licensees have a 31 day grace period from the expiration date of their license to complete the renewal process. For example, a license which expires on 12/31/2011 will have a grace period extending until 01/31/2012 to complete the renewal process and pay the required fee. The division does recommend completing the renewal process as soon as possible to avoid last minute issues which may prevent your renewal.
Please Note:
To renew
your license online you will need a Visa, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover card. Fees are non refundable.
Internet Explorer 6 or above is required to use the Online License Management.
Please keep in mind that pop-up blockers, firewall settings and internet browsers other than Internet Explorer may cause technical problems which can render the online renewal form inoperable.
If you experience issues with the online renewal, renewal may also be completed by filling out and returning the renewal affidavit along with proper payment to the Division or by visiting the Division in person. Please keep in mind that online renewal provides immediate confirmation and processing of your renewal payment. Mailed affidavits must be received by the Division on or before the end of your grace period.
