Real Estate Broker Continuing Education Audit

The Real Estate Commission randomly selected a number of licensees to be part of a Real Estate Broker continuing education audit. Selected licensees must demonstrate compliance for the three-year period from July 1, 2008 through September 30, 2011.

Commission Approved Contracts and Forms - Mandatory Beginning January 1, 2012

Affiliated Business Arrangements Disclosure Requirement

In accordance with § 12-61-113.2, C.R.S., Real Estate Brokers are required to disclose affiliated business arrangements at the following times:

1) when a licensee enters into an affiliated business arrangement;
2) when a licensee changes affiliated business arrangements;
3) when a licensee applies for a license;
4) when a licensee changes status from inactive to active;
5) when the licensee transfers to another brokerage; and
6) annually from all employing brokers.
