• The Commissioners' Weekly Meeting is usually held on Wednesdays. The CWM Agenda is usually posted on the Friday before the scheduled meeting. CWM Agendas and their addenda are posted to the Commission's website and to our E-Filings System (EFS).  
• The CWM Addendum is updated periodically prior to meetings. When the Addendum is available it is appended to the current meeting Agenda on the website and in the EFS. 
  
• The deadline for filing items for consideration on the CWM agenda is each Tuesday at 5 pm of the week prior to the Commissioners' Weekly Meeting. Items will be placed on the Agenda at the discretion of the Commission.
  
• The Commission Calendar lists dates for Commissioners' meetings, deliberations, and hearings.

• Commissioners' may choose to set a separate deliberation meeting to consider matters that they could address in a regular weekly meeting. These delibertions meetings are conducted under the same notice requirements as weekly meetings.
• CDMs are not necessarily limited to consideration of a single matter. The CDM agendas are posted on the PUC website and to our E-Filings System (EFS).  When there is a CDM addendum, it is appended to the current CDM Agenda on the website and in the EFS. Entirely new matters may appear on the CDM Addendum beyond matters already set for consideration in the CDM Agenda.

• Notice is given of Commissioners' Information Meetings which may be hosted by the Commission or outside parties, at the Commission or other venues. Presentations at the CIM are archived in a repository docket for year - see Docket No. is 10M-003ALL on the PUC website and in the EFS.

• PUC Director Doug Dean may hold advisory meetings for PUC Staff and Commissioners which are open to the public. 

• Notice is given whenever several Commissioners may be attending the same outside event, regardless of whether the event is utilities-related or not. These events are not necessarily public events, but may be activities which are open only to invited or paying guests.

PHC = Prehearing Conference specific to a docket

• The Commission may set a prehearing conference for the Commission and parties to discuss hearing dates, procedures and a procedural schedule. The Commission may have directed parties to submit proposed dates and times for testimony of witnesses prior to the prehearing conference.
