What Information Is Available From the Board?

Licensure Information System Online (ALISON) or contact
the Board office at (303) 894-7800, you can:
Verify that
an individual is currently licensed and whether or not the practitioner
has been disciplined for any violation of the dental law.
- Learn the date of licensure and address of a practitioner.
- Learn information
concerning any public Board action involving the practitioner.
- Public Board actions from 2000 to the present may be viewed online. Public Board actions prior to 2000 are available if you make a written request to the Board at the address below.
Using Registrations Online Documents (ROD) you can:
- Download copies of disciplinary actions taken against practitioners. Not all disciplinary actions are available on ROD. You may also submit a written request to the Board at the address below.
