NOTE: There is a requirement under the law for you to file the claim within a specific period of time (statute of limitations). For Public Accommodations Discrimination charges, the claim MUST be filed within 60 days from the date of the last occurrence of the alleged discriminatory act. If this time frame has passed, we cannot investigate your claim.
