Housing Discrimination Intake Packet Information
To file a charge of Housing Discrimination, please complete the following document and return it to the Division of Civil Rights at one of the addresses listed below. The documents are downloadable in Adobe (.pdf) format for your convenience.
NOTE: There is a requirement under the law for you to file the claim within a specific period of time (statute of limitations). For Housing Discrimination charges, the claim MUST be filed within one year from the date of the last occurrence of the alleged discriminatory act. If this time frame has passed, we cannot investigate your claim.
